Roles and responsibilities

As Director of Services at Andea, Tomasz oversees both services delivery and employee development. His responsibilities also include active support and involvement in DELMIA Apriso rollouts for clients across diverse industries. As a senior solution architect with nearly 20 years of experience in developing and implementing MES solutions, he is responsible for leading the implementation process, from collecting requirements, through designing solutions that meet the client's requirements, all the way to deployment.

Experience and expertise

Tomasz's key areas of expertise include assembly production concepts, aluminum semi-product manufacturing, consumer goods production, scheduling, quality management, and systems integration. His technical skillset comprises DELMIA Apriso, Transact-SQL (Microsoft SQL Server), PL/SQL (Oracle), .NET, Java, and Crystal Reports. Before joining Andea, he worked for such companies as Infosys and Apriso. Tomasz earned his degree in computer science at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.

• Leading DELMIA Apriso rollouts across diverse industries as a senior solution architect, from requirements collection to deployment.
• Applying deep domain expertise in assembly production, scheduling, quality management, and systems integration.
• Delivering MES solutions using a broad technical stack including DELMIA Apriso, T-SQL, PL/SQL, .NET, Java, and Crystal Reports.
• Building extensive implementation experience through roles at Infosys and Apriso prior to joining Andea.
