Roles and responsibilities

As VP of Sales Operations and Co-Founder of Andea, Paweł leads the company's sales and marketing strategy, develops and maintains partner relations, and works with Andea's global clients to help ensure they maximize the value of their manufacturing technology investments.

Experience and expertise

Paweł brings more than 25 years of MES and MOM expertise and over a quarter century of enterprise software experience, having held senior roles across MES, ERP, and BI software companies. Before joining Andea, he worked for Apriso (now part of Dassault Systèmes) and MicroStrategy. Paweł received his bachelor's degree in financial management from California State University, Long Beach.

Highlighted experience includes:

  • Co-founding Andea and shaping its global sales and marketing strategy from the ground up.
  • Leading Andea's role as an implementation partner for Dassault Systèmes’ DELMIA solutions.
  • Working directly with global manufacturing clients to help them maximize the value of their technology investments.
  • Building deep industry expertise through senior roles at Apriso (now part of Dassault Systèmes) and MicroStrategy.
