As a Senior APS Consultant at Andea, Małgorzata ensures that system implementations align with project requirements, effectively supporting clients' production planning processes. Her responsibilities include participating in in-depth sessions to understand clients' business requirements, developing requirement specifications documentation, and assisting solution architects in providing creative answers to complex production challenges. Małgorzata is also responsible for defining the hardware and software requirements necessary for installing DELMIA Ortems, performing software installation and configuration, and supporting clients during system validation and testing. Following project completion, she participates in the evaluation and assessment process and remains engaged in ongoing solution maintenance and development. Additionally, she provides technical and functional APS training for clients, both domestically and internationally.

She is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, specializing in medical informatics and electronics. Before joining the APS implementation team at Andea, she gained practical experience working in software quality assurance. To continuously expand her professional skills, Małgorzata regularly participates in numerous technical courses and training sessions.
