As Sales Director, Ireneusz oversees the end-to-end execution of DELMIA implementation projects across global manufacturing environments. He leads multidisciplinary delivery teams, ensuring project excellence from strategy to rollout. With extensive experience managing plants and operations, Ireneusz knows what it takes to deliver seamless, efficient, and risk-free deployments of MOM/MES and APS solutions. His hands-on expertise and deep knowledge of manufacturing operations make him a natural leader in shaping delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices across Andea’s consulting organization. To drive continuous improvement and maintain the highest quality and customer satisfaction benchmarks, Ireneusz works closely with clients to understand their operational goals and support long-term digital transformation success.

Experience and expertise

With over 20 years in the manufacturing industry, Ireneusz brings deep operational insight and a proven track record in leading complex transformation programs. He has extensive expertise in MOM, MES, and APS implementations, combined with strong capabilities in quality management, engineering excellence, and production and supply chain optimization. Ireneusz is also a certified expert in project and program management, holding credentials in IPMA and Agile Project Management Foundation, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
